Before Your Appointment

Your care is our main priority. We endeavour to make your stay as comfortable as possible when you arrive and so, in preparation for your arrival there are a number of things which you can do to help us.


Please Bring The Following With You:

Medications

Any prescription or non-prescription medicines or remedies you are taking, in the original pharmacy container.

bullet

Any high tech medicine, in the original pharmacy container.

bullet

A list of any other medicines or herbal remedies you are currently taking.


Health Insurance

If you are attending the hospital under a health insurance scheme

We advise you to check details of your cover prior to admission by contacting your insurance company or our Patient Accounts Department

If you are not insured or your cover requires you to pay a supplement, you will be asked to pay a deposit on admission. This will be offset against your final account.

Where relevant, charges are payable on the day the service is provided or on discharge, unless otherwise stated.

If you are attending the hospital under a Government funded scheme, please ensure to bring all the relevant information.


Medical Information

Copies of any relevant information you may have e.g. x-rays, medical records / reports, current prescriptions.

Special Requirements

If you have special dietary or disability requirements, please let us know in advance of your admission so that we can meet your needs.
